House Manager
A prestigious household in Abu Dhabi is seeking a House Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of their luxurious residence. This position requires someone with strong managerial skills, experience in managing household staff, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the household, including supervising and managing household staff such as cleaners, cooks, gardeners, etc.
- Create schedules for staff and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Manage household expenses and budgets
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the residence, including organizing repairs and maintenance services when needed
- Plan and manage events at the residence, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers
- Keep track of inventory for household supplies and groceries
- Handle any special requests or needs from the employers
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a House Manager or in a similar role
- Strong managerial skills with previous experience in managing household staff
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in budget management and event planning is preferred
- Fluent English communication skills
- Valid visa with own accommodation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
This is a contract position offering a competitive salary of $1800 per month. Preference will be given to Indian or Nepali candidates, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
