IT Support Specialist


We are in search of a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ufa. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and software run smoothly. This is a full-time position that requires experience in the field and a sense of urgency in handling urgent tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Maintain and update system documentation
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Keep up-to-date with latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
- Proven working experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Familiarity with help desk software
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in urgent situations

Salary: $1200 per month
