Sales Manager for Malayalees in Ufa, Russia


We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to the Malayalee community in Ufa. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ and is suitable for men who are fluent in Malayalam and English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target the Malayalee community in Ufa
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on competitors' activities
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to showcase our products
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the Malayalee community
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn about our products and industry trends
