Junior Data Analyst


We are a fast-paced and growing data analysis company based in Porto, seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in the field of data analysis.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns, trends, and insights for our clients. You will work closely with senior analysts to develop reports and visualizations that effectively communicate your findings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean data from various sources
- Perform statistical analysis on data sets using tools such as Excel or Python
- Develop reports and visualizations to present findings to clients
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large sets of data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
