Body Repair Master


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Sharjah. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to repair body damage, including welding, sanding, and painting
- Replace or repair damaged parts such as fenders, doors, frames, and bumpers
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and adhere to manufacturer guidelines
- Keep accurate records of all repairs performed
- Communicate with customers regarding repair process and estimated completion time
- Train and supervise junior technicians as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Body Repair Master in an automotive repair shop
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body structures, materials, and repair techniques
- Proficient in using specialized tools and equipment for body repairs
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Must have own tools
- Indian nationality preferred
