Part-Time Architectural Designer in Kolding, Denmark


We are seeking a part-time Architectural Designer to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural design and possess strong technical skills. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month and visa sponsorship is available for non-EU citizens.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating detailed and accurate architectural drawings using computer software
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Conducting site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Researching materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Presenting design proposals to clients and making necessary revisions based on feedback
- Working closely with other team members including engineers, contractors, and architects to ensure smooth project execution
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
