Job Title: Temporary Barista in Lisbon

We are in need of a skilled and hard-working Temporary Barista to join our team in Lisbon. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista and will be able to create delicious coffee and tea beverages while providing excellent customer service. As a Temporary Barista, you will be responsible for taking orders, preparing drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This is a temporary position with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stocked
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while handling food and drinks
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds if needed
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
