Contract Moderator for Urgent Project in Horsens

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team in Horsens for an urgent project. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating online discussions and interactions between participants. You will ensure that all interactions adhere to our company's guidelines and standards. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and interactions between participants
- Ensure all interactions follow company guidelines and standards
- Respond to any issues or concerns raised by participants
- Keep track of participation and provide reports to project managers
- Identify potential risks or conflicts and address them in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Moderator or similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Knowledge of online communities and social media platforms
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
