Entry Level Computer Support Specialist


A growing IT company in Roskilde is seeking an Entry Level Computer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to clients over the phone, via email, and in person. You will also assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and updating systems, and providing training to clients. This is a contract position with a starting salary of 1700$ per month, with the potential for growth within the company.

Requirements:
- No previous experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Basic understanding of networking principles
- Proficiency in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be eligible for accommodation in Roskilde

Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Installing and configuring systems for clients
- Providing training to clients on how to use various systems and software
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and technical issues resolutions
- Collaborating with team members on challenging technical issues
- Keeping up-to-date with new technologies and tools
