Concrete Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Randers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up barriers
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and equipment
- Monitor concrete curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Operate power tools such as jackhammers and saws for cutting and drilling
- Install reinforcement materials such as rebar or wire mesh
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand or power tools
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Keep track of materials used and report any shortages or damages

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with concrete
- Ability to read construction plans and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of different types of concrete, their properties, and best practices for handling them
- Familiarity with operating various hand and power tools safely
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must have own visa/work permit
