Office Assistant - English Speaking (Nairobi, Kenya)
We are currently hiring for an Office Assistant to join our team in Nairobi. As an English-speaking office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This position is suitable for men and does not require any prior experience.
Your main duties will include answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, managing office supplies, and maintaining filing systems. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments and meetings, as well as assisting with basic accounting tasks.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English and be proficient in Microsoft Office. You should also have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment are also important.
This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month and does not include accommodation. Applicants must have their own valid visa for working in Kenya.
