Merchandiser - Ajman, UAE



As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays and promotions in retail stores in Ajman, UAE. Your main goal will be to increase sales and improve the overall shopping experience for customers. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate product displays according to store layout and target market
- Collaborate with sales team to create effective promotions and sales strategies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on latest industry trends and competitors' products
- Negotiate with store managers for optimal placement of products
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are restocked in a timely manner
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments to displays as needed
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and customer behavior
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records
- Good physical stamina for frequent standing, lifting, and moving of products

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Experience working with Indian markets or Indian products
- Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages
