We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Ajman. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance and presentation of products in our stores. As a merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to attract customers
- Create eye-catching displays that highlight promotions and new products
- Regularly rotate product displays to keep the store looking fresh
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for timely restocking
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' displays
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and product knowledge

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali language skills are preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and consumer behavior
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings if needed

Salary: 1800$ per month
