A reputable construction company in Chelyabinsk is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other finishing materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in plastering and must possess excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing out imperfections
- Mix and apply plaster using hand tools or spray equipment
- Apply coats of plaster and smooth out to desired texture
- Use trowels, brushes, or other tools to create decorative finishes
- Repair any cracks or damages on walls before applying plaster
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterer
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of different types of plaster
- Physical strength and stamina
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
