Gardener Assistant


Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a diligent and hardworking Gardener Assistant to join our team in Ufa. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about gardening and looking to gain practical experience in this field. As an assistant, you will work closely with our experienced gardeners, learning and assisting with various tasks related to maintaining and beautifying our clients' gardens.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with planting, weeding, watering, and pruning of plants
- Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
- Mixing soil and fertilizers as per instructions from the head gardener
- Ensuring all areas of the garden are clean, tidy, and well-maintained
- Assisting with the installation of new plants, flowers, and trees
- Collaborating with other team members on garden design projects

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; however, a passion for gardening is a must!
- Basic knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to learn from experienced gardeners.
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.

Location:
This role is based in Ufa but may require some travel within the city or nearby towns depending on client needs.
