Facade Technician - Kaunas, Lithuania

We are currently seeking an experienced Facade Technician to join our growing team in Kaunas, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of building facades, including glass, metal cladding, and curtain walls. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month, with accommodation provided.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a facade technician or similar role
- Knowledge of facade installation and maintenance techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Hindi or Tamil are a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed

Responsibilities:
- Install building facades according to technical drawings and specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance on existing facades to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are met
- Troubleshoot any issues with facades and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers regarding project timelines and progress
- Adhere to all safety regulations while working at heights or using equipment such as scaffolding or cranes
- Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each project
