We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing industrial buildings and facilities according to client specifications
- Creating detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software
- Conducting site visits to assess project requirements and ensure compliance with building codes
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and structural integrity
- Preparing project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Overseeing construction progress and making necessary design modifications
- Ensuring that projects meet environmental regulations and safety standards
- Providing technical guidance to junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating detailed drawings and blueprints
- Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, contractors, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
