We are a construction company seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for setting up and installing formwork for concrete structures, ensuring accuracy and precision in all measurements and placements. You will also be responsible for removing formwork after the concrete has set and maintaining a clean and safe worksite.

Responsibilities:
- Set up formwork according to specifications and blueprints
- Ensure all measurements are accurate and precise
- Install formwork supports, braces, and other materials as needed
- Pour concrete into the formwork and smooth it out using various tools
- Remove formwork after the concrete has set
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role in construction
- Strong understanding of construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail with excellent measurement skills
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
