We are hiring a talented and creative Florist to join our team in Mombasa. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging various types of floral arrangements for different occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will also be responsible for maintaining the freshness and quality of the flowers in our shop.

Responsibilities:
- Create beautiful and unique floral arrangements based on client requests and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in choosing the perfect floral designs for their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure the quality and freshness of the flowers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new supplies when needed
- Keep up to date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work
- Collaborate with other team members to create stunning displays for special events or holidays

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or related field is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Creative flair with an eye for detail to create visually appealing arrangements
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
