Mine Supervisor



We are hiring a Mine Supervisor to oversee our mining operations in Mombasa. As a Mine Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the mining team, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and achieving production targets. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and guidance to the mining team for efficient and safe operations
- Monitor production levels and implement strategies to increase productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Train new employees on mining procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and other relevant data
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mine Supervisor or similar role in the mining industry
- Knowledge of mining operations, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting production targets

Preferred:
- Experience working in underground mines
- Familiarity with Indian work culture and ability to communicate in English
