We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining building facades to ensure their structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop innovative facade solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop building facades based on project requirements
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing facades and identify potential issues
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and adherence to safety regulations
- Select appropriate materials for facade construction based on structural needs, durability, cost-effectiveness, and aesthetic appeal
- Oversee the installation of facades and provide guidance to construction teams as needed
- Conduct quality control inspections during the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications
- Develop maintenance plans for completed facades to ensure their long-term durability and appearance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facade design and construction
- Extensive knowledge of facade materials, building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (knowledge of German is a plus)
