Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes managing and coordinating project teams, developing project plans, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of architectural projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Oversee the design process, providing guidance and support to team members as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes
- Monitor project progress to identify any potential issues or delays and implement corrective actions as needed
- Participate in presentations and meetings with clients to present project updates and address any concerns or questions
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and provide guidance on design decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple architectural projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, materials, construction techniques, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, contractors, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team towards successful project outcomes
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software programs

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Faro (candidate preference)
