Senior Architecture Manager


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architecture Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As the Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and technicians in the development of architectural designs and plans.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues that may affect timelines or budget.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with approved designs.
- Review and approve all design documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architecture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects from start to finish.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month without accommodation. This is an urgent job opportunity so candidates must have their own visa allowing them to work in Portugal.
