We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects from conception to completion. Your main duties will include creating detailed drawings and plans, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for new construction projects, renovations, and additions.
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project.
- Review project proposals and provide technical advice on feasibility, costs, and timelines.
- Oversee the work of junior architects or interns on the team.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that construction is in accordance with plans.
- Communicate regularly with contractors to address any issues or changes that may arise during construction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to incorporate innovative techniques into designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect working on commercial or residential projects.
- Excellent knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.

Salary: 1400$ per month without accommodation. This is a full-time position.
