Team Lead - Part Time (Greenland)

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with training new team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Greenlandic is a plus)
- Must be willing to work part-time hours
