Team Lead (Contract Position) - Kolding, Denmark


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees in various departments
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively lead a team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship if not already authorized to work in Denmark
