Loader Operator (Nepali Nationals) in Washington

We are hiring a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Washington. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials at construction sites and other locations. The ideal candidate should have experience operating loaders and hold a valid biometric passport. This position does not include accommodation, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements. Nepali nationals with English speaking skills are strongly preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the loader safely and efficiently to load and unload materials
- Transport materials to designated areas using the loader
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damages
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
- Communicate with team members to coordinate loading and unloading tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience operating loaders in a construction or similar setting
- Valid biometric passport
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy machinery

Salary: $1800 per month
