Restaurant Manager - Pakistani Cuisine (Contract)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Pakistani cuisine restaurant in Atlanta. As a Contract Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of running the restaurant, from managing staff to ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to increase revenue and minimize costs
- Train and manage staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, customer service, and cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with chefs to create new dishes and update menu offerings
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Prepare financial reports and manage budget effectively

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Pakistani cuisine restaurant or similar establishment
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani cuisine, including traditional dishes, spices, ingredients, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong financial management skills with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations for food service establishments
- Good communication skills in English (preferred) or Urdu/Hindi

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. Free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket will be provided.
