Team Lead - Project Management (Indian Nationals preferred)

We are currently hiring a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic project management team in Triesen. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team and ensuring project deadlines are met. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members
- Assign tasks and manage workload distribution among team members
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may impact project delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance project outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working with biometric passport systems is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, along with opportunities for growth within our organization. This position is open to Indian nationals who possess a valid biometric passport.
