Industrial Architect (Contract)


We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing industrial buildings and facilities that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on a variety of projects and has a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings and facilities, including warehouses, factories, and production plants
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure designs meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Work within project budgets and timelines
- Review project proposals and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This role is based in Aalborg but remote work may be considered.

Contract Type:
This is a contract position with the potential for extension or permanent employment.
