Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for Indian cuisine to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a visa sponsorship is available for this role, we welcome applicants from all nationalities.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes. A successful candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine and be able to lead a team of chefs to deliver high-quality meals that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain menus that showcase the best of Indian cuisine
- Supervise all aspects of food preparation, including ingredient sourcing, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to create unique dining experiences for special events or occasions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in an Indian restaurant or hotel
- In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating new dishes while also honoring traditional recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month, with the potential for bonuses based on performance.
