Waiter at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Khasab, Oman


We are seeking experienced and skilled waiters to join our team at a high-end restaurant in the beautiful city of Khasab, Oman. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take their orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and offer knowledge on food and beverage pairings
- Ensure all tables are set up properly with clean linens, silverware, glasses, etc.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area including clearing tables, resetting them for next guests, and keeping floors clean
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely delivered to customers
- Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and escalate to management if necessary

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter or server in a fine dining setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Good understanding of wine pairing and knowledge of different types of cuisine
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude towards customers
- Must be able to work full time without accommodation provided

Salary: $1000 per month with additional benefits such as tips from customers
