Electrician - Maintenance and Repair Specialist

As an Electrician - Maintenance and Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings in Vianden. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all electrical systems are functioning properly and safely, minimizing downtime and disruptions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify any potential issues or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning electrical equipment, such as circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, and wiring
- Install new wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, etc. according to specifications and local codes
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute larger projects
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in Electrical Engineering is preferred
- Proven experience as an Electrician or similar role (minimum 2 years)
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, tools, materials, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints/diagrams and interpret technical instructions
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify the root cause of issues quickly
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity for handling tools/equipment
- Good communication skills (verbal/written) in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
