Dietitian - Nutritionist


We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Dietitian - Nutritionist to join our team in Nairobi. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for creating personalized meal plans and providing nutritional counseling to our clients. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or a related field
- Previous experience working as a dietitian or nutritionist preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop personalized meal plans for clients based on their specific needs and goals
- Knowledge of food allergies, dietary restrictions, and cultural dietary preferences
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry related to nutrition
- Proficient in using relevant software programs for meal planning and data analysis
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Filipino language is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutritional assessments for clients and develop individualized meal plans based on their specific needs and goals
- Educate clients on proper nutrition, portion control, and healthy eating habits
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans
- Keep detailed records of client information, including health history, current medications, allergies, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
