Mason Supervisor


As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of masonry projects in the city of Chelyabinsk. Your primary role will be to supervise a team of masons and ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and according to safety regulations. You will need to have a strong understanding of masonry techniques and materials, as well as experience in managing and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons and ensure their work meets quality standards
- Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines
- Coordinate with other contractors on job sites
- Order materials and equipment needed for projects
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work hours, materials used, and project expenses
- Communicate regularly with project managers and clients regarding project updates

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in masonry construction
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Experience in supervising teams or leading projects
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical strength and stamina necessary for manual labor tasks
