QA Tester


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our dynamic team in Ashdod. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products before they are released to the market. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development processes and testing methodologies, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test cases based on project requirements
- Identify, report, and track bugs to resolution
- Collaborate with developers to ensure timely bug fixes
- Continuously improve testing processes and strategies
- Participate in design reviews to provide feedback on potential quality issues
- Perform regression testing to ensure product stability
- Document test results and communicate findings to the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing or related field
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- ISTQB certification or equivalent
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Experience working with biometric passport systems
- Knowledge of Arabic or Urdu language

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)

City: Ashdod, Israel

*This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Pakistani candidates. Fluency in English is not required for this role. Previous work experience is not required, but candidates must possess a valid biometric passport.
