Industrial Architect



Our growing architectural firm is seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Mauren. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial building design, as well as excellent project management skills. As an Industrial Architect, you will work closely with clients to develop unique and functional industrial spaces that meet their specific needs. You will also collaborate with our team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects from conception to completion. This is a great opportunity for an Indian architect looking to make their mark in the architectural industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather necessary information for project development
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with internal team members, contractors, and external consultants to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Monitor project progress, address any issues that may arise, and make necessary adjustments to meet client expectations
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions that may arise

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect on commercial or industrial projects
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes related to industrial buildings
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal/external team members
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings and specifications
