Solar Panel Installer

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Solar Panel Installer to join our team in Khanpur. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties. Your main duties will include conducting site surveys, mounting solar panels, wiring and connecting components, and performing quality checks on the installation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to assess the location and suitability for solar panel installation
- Mount solar panels on roofs or other structures according to safety guidelines
- Install wiring and connect components such as inverters, batteries, and monitoring systems
- Ensure proper grounding of all equipment
- Test and troubleshoot system performance
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each installation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in solar panel installation preferred
- Proven experience as a Solar Panel Installer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring techniques
- Familiarity with various types of solar panels and their installation processes
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Physically fit with the ability to climb ladders, work on rooftops, and lift heavy equipment as required
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Salary:
1400$ per month (with accommodation)
