We are currently hiring for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Esbjerg. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment used in the construction and maintenance of roads, buildings, and other structures.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and perform tasks required for construction projects
- Ensure safe operation of equipment and follow all safety regulations and protocols
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications
- Strong mechanical skills with knowledge of maintenance techniques for heavy equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
