Skilled Handyman

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Roskilde. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that our facilities are safe and well-maintained. This is an ideal opportunity for someone without prior experience, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, etc.
- Conduct repairs on doors, windows, walls, and other structures as needed
- Install new fixtures and appliances
- Keep the premises clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed when performing tasks
- Report any major repairs or hazards to the supervisor immediately
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment and report any shortages

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or construction is a plus but not required
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Ability to use various tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400$ per month. Salary may increase based on performance.
