We are a well-established floral design company based in Dubai and we are seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who is passionate about flowers and has a keen eye for design.

As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various events, including weddings, parties, and corporate functions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then use your expertise to create unique and stunning designs that exceed their expectations.

In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining the inventory of fresh flowers and other materials needed for your designs. You should have excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and be able to suggest suitable options based on the occasion. Attention to detail is essential in this role as you will be responsible for ensuring that all arrangements are of the highest quality.

To excel in this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Florist with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and can work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

This position requires someone who is physically fit as it involves standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in different weather conditions. A creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills are essential qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate.

Our company offers a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month along with visa sponsorship for Indian nationals. This is an urgent position so we are looking for someone who can join us immediately.
