English Teacher

As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging and effective English language lessons for students of varying ages and skill levels. You will create a positive learning environment and use a variety of teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of your students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that align with curriculum standards
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques, including lectures, group discussions, and hands-on activities
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary units and projects
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other important information
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress and any concerns
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect for diversity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (TESOL/TEFL certification preferred)
- Fluency in English (native or near-native level)
- Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
