We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a resort in Albena, Bulgaria. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's culinary operations. You will lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality and creative dishes are served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and create new dishes to keep up with current food trends
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and quality
- Oversee food purchasing and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or themed dinners
- Monitor guest feedback and make necessary changes to improve dining experience
- Manage budget and control costs while maintaining high-quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into menu planning

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a resort setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations
- Creativity and ability to develop new dishes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
