Restaurant Manager for Pakistani Cuisine in Sofia, Bulgaria


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee our Pakistani restaurant in the bustling city of Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, budgeting, customer service, and ensuring the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and develop staff to maintain high-quality service standards and create a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle any complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of food orders and maintain food quality standards
- Create weekly schedules for staff based on business needs and budget constraints
- Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Pakistani cuisine establishment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and experience with health inspections
- Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and financial management
- Fluent in Urdu or other Pakistani language is preferred but not required

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (candidates from Pakistan preferred but not required)
