JAVA Developer - Washington DC, USA


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Washington DC. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications using JAVA and related technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain web applications using JAVA/J2EE technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve the overall performance of the applications
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and quality guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a JAVA Developer in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of core JAVA concepts like OOPs, multithreading, collections etc.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
- Expertise in front-end development technologies like HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions

Salary: $1000 per month
