Formworker (Contract) - Shan, Pakistan


We are seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team in Shan, Pakistan on a contract basis. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork for concrete structures such as walls, slabs, and beams. This role requires a high level of physical strength and endurance as well as attention to detail and precision.

Job Responsibilities:
- Construct formwork for concrete structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Cut, measure, and shape wood or other materials to build formwork
- Set up and secure formwork using various tools such as hammers, drills, and saws
- Pour concrete into the formwork and ensure it is evenly distributed
- Smooth and level the surface of the concrete using hand tools or power tools
- Remove formwork after the concrete has set and clean up the work area
- Repair or replace damaged formwork as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while working on site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately
- Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and techniques used in formwork construction
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision under pressure
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and good spatial awareness skills

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 900$ per month.
