As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying plaster, and creating smooth and even finishes on walls, ceilings, and other structures. You will work with a variety of tools and materials to ensure high-quality results.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterer
- Familiarity with different types of plaster and their application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or smoothing out uneven areas
- Mix plaster according to specifications and apply it evenly on surfaces using various tools such as trowels or spray guns
- Create decorative finishes by using specialized techniques such as stucco or Venetian plastering
- Repair damaged areas by filling cracks or holes with appropriate materials
- Ensure proper drying times are followed before applying additional coats or finishes
- Communicate with clients or project managers about progress, issues, or changes in plans
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety regulations and wearing appropriate protective gear
