Merchandiser

We are currently hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Merchandiser, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our products are displayed and stocked in an appealing and organized manner. You will work closely with the sales team to create and implement effective merchandising strategies that drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product displays are visually appealing and stocked properly
- Communicate with store managers to negotiate prime product placement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching displays and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: 1800$ per month

Preferred Nationality: Indian

Language Requirements: Fluent in English
