Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an English-speaking restaurant, we are looking for a chef who is fluent in English and has experience working with diverse international cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Create menus and develop new dishes that reflect our restaurant's concept and vision
- Oversee the entire kitchen operation, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Monitor food quality and ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
- Collaborate with front of house staff to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine, including European, Asian, and African dishes
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining traditional favorites
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Utena, Lithuania
