Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure excellent guest satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing relationships with corporate accounts
- Participate in trade shows, conventions, and other industry events
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
